Badillo Files Charges Against McDonough
According to Maryland Courts Records, Republican County Executive candidate Pat McDonough has been charged with theft less than $100.00 from an incident on May 16.
Fellow GOP County Executive candidate Darren Badillo filed the charges.
Republican candidate Darren Badillo brought the allegations of McDonough stealing his sign. Badillo provided photo evidence and McDonough later admitted on TV that he had removed the sign.
A trial is scheduled for Monday, Aug. 29.
The Baltimore County Republican Central Committee formally voted to condemn McDonough last week as a result.
