Eastern Shore Del. Delegate Charles Otto Passes Away

The Maryland Republican Party announced Delegate Charles J. Otto, has passed away at the age of 61.

“Delegate Otto was a tireless advocate for the Lower Shore, and his presence in both the community and the General Assembly will be deeply missed. Our condolences and prayers are with his family and loved ones,” the Maryland Republicans Party said in a statement.
