It Appears Hogan Might be in for 2026
There has been speculation for months that Larry Hogan is considering running again for Maryland Governor.
A governor can only serve for two consecutive terms, but unlike the U.S. Presidency, a Governor can run again after he leaves office four years.
Hogan started dropping hints at a possible run and made a move last week to appear he might be in for 2026.
He posted a picture of an RV that he appeared to purchase. He wrote the tagline
“Slightly used 2024 RV, only 15,000 all Maryland miles. Never slept in. Could make a good deal. Or…I guess we could always rewrap it and get back out on the road again?”
Then showed a photo of that appearant RV painted with Hogan’s black, gold and white colors, his logo and a new message:”Let’s Get Back to Work”
The image could have photoshopped or maybe Hogan’s team did rewrap the van already.
Larry Hogan still hasn’t made any official announcement but this is reminding everyone of what Donald Trump did before the 2022 Election. He didn’t make any announcement before the 2022 mid term elections but Trump
was on TV everyday.
Hogan is doing the same this year as his actions say that he is running without the announcement.
I think it’s safe to say that Hogan has made a decision either way.
What is the purpose of him buying another RV?
No. its not for 2028 Presidential Election because the RV logo just mentions “Hogan for Maryland”.
And he is not running for U.S. Senate since Chris Van Hollen and Angela Alsobrooks are not up for reelection in 2026.
It appears Hogan is going to challenge Wes Moore to get back his old job. The question is when will he announce his candidacy?
